The Amazfit Active 2 was introduced in India on Tuesday. This latest model of the Amazfit smartwatch features a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen and is said to provide up to 10 days of battery life after a full charge. It includes a BioTracker 6.0 PPG biometric sensor that measures various health data, allowing users to monitor their fitness. The smartwatch can track blood oxygen levels (SpO2), monitor heart rate in real-time, and offers features specifically for female health. It is designed to be water-resistant up to 5ATM and is compatible with the Zepp app. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth calling. In India, the Amazfit Active 2 is available at a price of Rs. 9,999 for the Standard edition and Rs. 11,999 for the Premium edition. The Standard edition features a black silicone strap, whereas the Premium edition comes with a black leather strap along with an extra red silicone strap included. The device is protected by a sapphire glass display and can be purchased through the company’s website, Amazon, and selected retail locations.
The smartwatch sports a 1.32-inch display with a resolution of 466x466 pixels and a pixel density of 353ppi. Its circular screen boasts a brightness of up to 2,000 nits. For navigation, the device has two buttons. Users can choose from 164 workout modes, encompassing activities such as strength training, Hyrox races, cycling, and swimming, to name a few. The connectivity capabilities of the Amazfit Active 2 include Bluetooth 5.2 and BLE. With Bluetooth calling enabled, users can make and receive calls right from their wrists. The BioTracker 6.0 PPG sensor allows for comprehensive biometric tracking, and the watch comes equipped with both a SpO2 monitor and a heart rate tracker. Moreover, users benefit from menstrual cycle tracking, sleep analysis, stress level measurements, and reminders for sedentary behavior. The smartwatch delivers notifications for calls and SMS, app alerts, and includes options for controlling music, photography, and a Find My Phone function.

Equipped with Zepp Flow AI voice control, the Amazfit Active 2 empowers users to adjust settings, manage their calendars, and more through voice commands. Android users can respond to instant messages by either typing or using speech-to-text. The device supports five different satellite positioning systems for seamless navigation, enabling access to offline maps and GPS turn-by-turn directions. Additionally, the smartwatch features a Zepp Coach function that is said to provide personalized training plans. It maintains a water resistance level of 5ATM and can be synced with the Zepp app on compatible Android or iOS smartphones.
The Amazfit Active 2 houses a 270mAh battery, which is claimed to last up to 10 days under typical usage conditions and around five days with more intensive use. The Standard version weighs 29.5 grams without the strap, while the Premium version weighs 31.65 grams.
