PA House has passed a massive gambling bill on Thursday. This bill will be the biggest gambling expansion in PA since the first authorized casino.

This plan would help in the expansion of casino-style gambling to truck stops, online portals, 10 new mini-casino sites and airports. It also allows PA to be the first state to allow players to play both casino and lottery online, this plan would pave way for Pennsylvania Lottery also.

Government is hoping that they could raise around $200 million a year or more from these casino licenses and from taxes on gambling. Pennsylvania is nation’s no.2 commercial casino state. This industry collected around $ 1.4 billion on taxes.

However, some of them warn that this move could be explosive. Gov. Tom Wolf will work on for next few days and make a decision on this legislation.
